PROPERTY MANAGER (ASST. MANAGER-MANAGER)
Age 25- 32 Years
Educational Qualification
• Degree in Estate Management, Masters of Science in a relevant field will be an added advantage
• Membership of relevant professional bodies
Experience
• At least eight (8) years post N.Y.S.C experience in real estate industry
• At least five (5) years in a management position
• In depth knowledge of property and facilities management
Skills/ Abilities/Personal Qualities
• Good analytical, documentation and presentation skills
• Good communication and report writing skills
• Leadership and management skills
• Good computer skills
• Personal and professional integrity
• Innovative and creative
• Team player
• Willing to work additional hours during urgent and important periods and public holidays.

RESIDENT TECHNICIAN (SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT)
Age: 28-35 Years
Educational Qualification
• Diploma or City and Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
• Membership of relevant professional bodies
Experience/Skills and Abilities
• At least eight (8) years experience in real estate industry
• At least five (5) years as team lead in facilities/Engineering Company
• In depth knowledge of property and facilities management
• Good analytical, documentation and presentation skills
• Able to communicate effectively
• Leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of computer
• Ability to work with little supervision
Personal Qualities
• Personal and professional integrity
• Innovative, Creative and intuitive
• Good Team player
• Willing to work additional hours during urgent and important periods and public holidays.
