TRANSPORT PASSENGERS SUPERVISOR
Brunel Energy is seeking for a versed and a well experienced Transport Passengers Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the efficient, safe and effective day-to-day activities at Heliport base
- Organize and establish air and marine transport planning for passengers
- Establish personnel transport planning
- Operate the computer system (PTS or any other similar system) for passengers
- Provide all sites with material, fuel oil, kerosene, water, food and all other necessity
- Develop professional relationship with other operators in order to optimise the helicopter booking rate
- Liaise with vessel aircraft / helicopter captain to ensure safe and efficient boarding
- Maintenance of records and statistics to ensure accurate reporting
Requirement
- Possess a good university degree in Transport Management with MBA as an added advantage
- Applicant must have 3 years experience in passengers’ transportation and a suitable general knowledge in oil industry marine logistics
- Must have maritime transport experience
- Applicant should possess drilling and production site organisation
- A good knowledge of integrated and technical software
- Must have knowledge of techniques for handling/ lifting and stockpiling
- Must have knowledge of logistics HSE management rules and DGEP rules
- Possess knowledge of international/local regulations
