Group Head, Banking Operations

  • The ideal candidate for the position would be a self starter and have overall responsibility for IT, Operations, Treasury, Administration and Financial Control.
  • The candidate must have not less than 10 years banking experience spanning operations, IT and business development.
  • He/She must possess a good first degree, Minimum of Second Class (Lower), in the social or numerate sciences.
  • MBA or other relevant professional qualifications will confer a distinct advantage.
  • The individual must have strong leadership skills, with a track record of driving and managing change.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills are a given.


Financial Controller

  • The ideal candidate would be a self-starter and would be responsible for the financial control function of the bank.
  • He/She must possess a good first Degree, Minimum of Second Class (Lower), in the social or numerate sciences.
  • It is imperative that the candidate is a Chartered Accountant with not less than 5 years relevant experience, MBA or other relevant professional qualifications will confer a distinct advantage.
  • The candidate must possess demonstrate leadership skills, a passion for the financial control function, s well as ability to operate under pressure.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills are a given.
