A conglomerate with substantial interest in Real Estate and provision of Technical Services, seeks the services of a suitably qualified lead for the Estate and Technical Services Department
Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the Head of Estate and Technical services has responsibility to deliver stretching objectives pertaining to the business area under his/her purview towards the achievement of strategic agenda of the group
Personal Specifications
* B.Sc. degree [2nd class minimum] in Architecture, Estate Management, Engineering, [Civil Mechanical/Electrical]
* Computer literacy
* Relevant post-graduate certification will be added advantage
* Cognate experience of no less than 12 years, 5 of which must have been at Management level
* Mature individual 0aged 38-45] with proven track record of effective team co-ordination and leadership
* Attributes of personal integrity, commitment to excellence, great interpersonal relationship and communication skills
