In this role, you will help realise WaterAid's vision by providing excellent leadership to one of our biggest country programmes, which has a team of 38 staff and an annual budget of over £2 million.

Working across the national water and sanitation sectors you'll work to maximise the impact of our programme and policy work to ensure access to equitable and sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene education.

The role calls for considerable programme management experience at a senior level, preferably in the water and sanitation sector, outstanding people and financial management skills, strategic thinking and analytical skills and a track record of working in partnership with national NGOs.
