AGM/VP Estate Services Ref: RAM/AGM.ES/0901
An engineering or management sciences degree with a minimum of 10 years practical experience in facilities management. Preferred candidate must 'have been actively involved in managing a medium sized closed community or facility within the last two years. Membership of IFMA will be an additional advantage.

Estate Manager Ref: RAM/AGM.ES/0902
An engineering or management science, degree with a minimum of 5 years practical experience in facilities management. Preferred candidate must have been actively involved in managing a medium sized closed community or facility within the last two years. Membership of IFMA will be an additional advantage.

Security Services Coordinator [Ref: RAM/SSC/0903
Preferred candidate must be any of (1) retired officer minimum rank being a Major (II) retired police officer minimum rank being an Assistant Commissioner: or (III) retired senior personnel in the State Security Services. Preferred candidate must have a university degree and prior experience managing industrial security operations will be an added advantage.

Snr. Facility Officer [Ref: RAM/SFO/0904
An engineering background is preferred. Min. of 4 years experience in supervision and maintenance of generators. electrical and plumbing systems including equipment maintenance and repairs. Candidate must be able to demonstrate practical experience.

Security Superintendents Ref RAM/SS/09051
A well grounded and experienced retired senior NCO or police man (ASP rank). University degree will be an added advantage.

Chief Security Officer Ref: RAM /CSO/0906
Preferred candidate, must have at least 4years prior security industry exposure.

Security/Patrol Officer Ref: RAM/SPO/0907
Min. of secondary school certificate. Experience as an ex military personnel will be an advantage though candidates with no military experience but with considerable working experience in industrial security will be considered.

Vet Assistants Ref: RAM/VA/0908
Proven experience in a veterinary hospital treating dogs is compulsory.
Applicants must have at least 1 year experience

Dog Handlers Ref: RAM/DH/0909
Candidates must have proven ability and experience in handling dogs. In addition, applicants must have worked in Police Dept handling same will have and added advantage.

Security Guards Ref: RAM/SG/0910
Able bodied men, physically fit, smart and presentable, educated up to secondary school level
