Job Vacancies at World Bank: Personal Assistant

Within the framework of its important programme of development financed by the world bank.
A.B.N. is seeking a PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Profile
Candidate should be up to 35 years old on December 31st 2009.
Should have an A level with at least 3 years experience in bilingual secretary or an equivalent degree.
Should have at least a 5+ year experience (and if possible an experience in the framework of a job financed by the World Bank.)
Should be able to take initiatives and dynamic enough in the carrying out of the tasks you will be entrusted to.
Should be computer literate (e-mail and internet).
Should be well organized and can manage urgent tasks with discretion and diplomacy.
Should be fluent in English and French (verbal form as well as written form).

Position is based in Niamey (Niger Republic).
Applicants must be a citizen of one of the member state of ABN (Benin, Burkina, Cameroon, C te d Ivoire, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Nigeria/ Tchad).
The initial duration of the contract is 2 years renewable further to a satisfactory evaluation of the services and the world bank's favourable opinion.
