AGM / VP Construction Services Ref: LRL /AGM. /0901
M.SC Architecture and or M.SC in project management / civil engineering.
Minimum of 14 years working experience.
Must have occupied a senior project management or design management role for at least 3 years. Must be a registered member of NIA with valid ARCON certificate. In the alternative, must be a registered member of NSE with valid COREN certificate

Project Managers Ref: LRL/PM/0902
Minimum 1st degree in Civil engineering, Architecture or building technology, with at least 8 years working experience. Must be CONVERSANT with AutoCAD usage and familiar with MS project, Must have managed at least one project covering over TWENTY HOUSING UNITS simultaneously as the project manager on site.

Accounts Manager REF: LRL /AM /0903
Preferred candidate must be a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT with minimum of a 1st degree in Accountancy of finance related course. Must have a minimum of 6 years working experience in financial Accounting, credit related matters and / or fund management. Proficiency with SAGE SIUTE of accounting packages and MS Excel will be an advantage.

Mechanical Services Coordinator Ref: LRL/MSC/0904
Minimum 1st degree in Mechanical Engineering with over 3 years experience demonstrated in a reputable organization.
Must be proficient in MS project and CAD design software.
Preferred candidate must have a bias for plumbing/ piping related designs/ installations.

Electrical Service Coordinator Ref: / LRL/ ESC/0905
Minimum of a 1st degree in Electrical Engineering plus 3 years working experience.
Must be proficient in MS project and CAD design software, preferred candidate must have a bias for managing / design of electrical wiring/ installation.

ICT Service Coordinator Ref: LRL/ ICT/0906
Preferred candidate must have IT certifications covering Exchange server database Management and Networking. Minimum of 5 years working experience as a network administrator in a medium sized organization is essential.

Senior Land Surveyor Ref: LRL/SLS/0907
Degree or HND in Land Surveying or Regional Planning with relevant professional qualification. Minimum of 5 years experience is required

Estimating Officers [QS] Ref: LRL/QS/ 0908
A degree in Quantity Surveying with over 4 years experience gather working either with a reputable consultancy outfit or construction company.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in advance usage of MS EXCEL and ability to coordinate the pre-execution estimating for assigned projects.

Design Architects ref: LRL/DA/0909
Master in Architecture with minimum of 3 years experience.
Must be a proficient design architect and conversant with CAD software, Ms projects Ms Visio, Excel and power point

Construction Supervisors (Civil) Ref: LRL/CS.CIVIL/ 0910
Minimum HND or 1st degree in Civil engineering or Building Technology plus 4 years active site management experience. Must be proficient in MS word, Excel MS project and able to interpret CAD drawings.

Materials /Inventory Supervisor Ref: LRL/MIS/ 0911
HND or 1st degree in civil engineering or Building Technology plus 4 years experience. Ability to use relevant IT software is a necessary condition.

Logistics Officer Ref: LRL/LO/0912
Graduate with experience in protocol, logistics and administration in a reputable multinational company are required. Must have integrity; be pro-active and energetic with ability to properly use initiative.

HR Officer Ref: /HRO/0913
University degree or equivalent. Also a minimum of 1 years post graduation experience in a similar role. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft outlook and office suite.

Clients Relation Officer Ref: /CRO/ 0914
Graduates with minimum of years experience in a similar role. Must be a pro-active self starter, assertive attitude and ability to cope with work pressure.

Corporate Drivers Ref:/TP.Driv/0915
Minimum of school Certificate with at least 5 years driving experience. Valid driver’s license and relevant training course in an advantage.

Trucks/Pay Loader Ref: LRL/ TP.Driv/ 0916
Minimum of School certificate with at least driving experience. Valid driver’s license and relevant training course in driving is an advantage.
