Family Health International is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
DIRECTOR OF MONITORING AND EVALUATION (Nigeria)
The Director of Monitoring and Evaluation (DME) will coordinate monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities for family Health international in Nigeria
Minimum requirements
• Health related diploma (MD Pharmacy) and PhD or similar degree in monitoring and evaluation or related field
• 8-10 years experience in monitoring and evaluation in large HIV/AIDS programs at international level, with at least 3 years of direct experience in dev eloping countries (preferentially in West Africa)
• Sound knowledge of statistics and epidemiology
• Experience in working with local partners, including host government, NGOs and CBOs
• Knowledge of the Nigerian local context is an asset as well as familiarity With USAID AND PEPFAR programs

SENIOR PROGRAM OFFICER, HEALTH SYSTEMS STRENGTHENING
(Abuja)
The incumbent will work under the supervision of the Association Director Program Management to provide technical leadership in the planning, implementation and monitoring of FHI Nigeria health system initiative
Minimum Requirements
• BS/BA in public health, behavioral sciences or other related field and mph with 7 years experience or MD with at least 5 years experience
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in applied health policy and health systems analysis
• Experience working with NGOs and CBOs
• Strong knowledge of HIV / AIDS, TB and malaria activities and programming
• Proven practical experience in budget development and analysis desirable
PROGRAM OFFICER, HEALTH SYSTEMS STRENGTHENING (Abuja)
The incumbent will work under the supervision of the senior program officer, Health Systems Strengthening to provide technical inputs in the planning, implementation and monitoring of FHI Nigeria’s health systems initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
• BS/ BA in public health, behavioral science or other related field and MPH with 5 years experience or MD with minimum of 3 years experience
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a applied health policy and health systems analysis
• Experience working with NGOs and CBOs
• Strong knowledge of HIV/ AIDS, TB and malaria activities and programming
• Proven practical experience in budget development and analysis desirable
