The Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of:

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER
The successful Candidate will report to the General Manager, who is the Chief Executive and Operating Officer of MUSON. The Deputy General Manager should be able to act effectively in the absence of the Chief Executive.
He/she will lead a team of executives in planning, organizing, promoting and managing the facilities at the Centre and the activities of the Society in line with the mission of MUSON.
* The facilities of the Centre will be expected to run along strict commercial lines and therefore, the Deputy General Manager will be specifically responsible for initiating and executing high standards of operations and customer service.
* He/she will coordinate the activities of the Centre in the areas of programming of concerts, membership liaison and effective promotion of the activities of the Society.
* The ideal candidate will be an accomplished executive with untainted integrity.
* He/she should possess a minimum of a good first degree and considerable management experience at similar levels.
* It is expected that the candidate will have more than passive interest in the performing arts particularly music, theatre and dance.
* The successful candidate must be ready to work flexible and sometimes unsociable hours as demanded by the responsibilities of the position.
Remuneration
The Salary for the position is competitive.
