A Furniture and Property making Company requires experienced professionals for immediate employment at its Lagos and & Abuja locations.

LAGOS OFFICE
(I) GENERAL MANAGER (FOR FURNITURE COMPANY) REF: LFC 01
Requirements
Minimum of first degree/HND
10 years minimum working experience in a well organized furniture making company
Excellent leadership and marking qualities
A good learn player with computer literacy

(ii) PRODUCTION MANAGER (FOR FURNITURE COMPANY) REF: LFC 02
Degree or Diploma from a technical school
Minimum of 6 yrs working experience as a workshop manager in a reputable furniture company.

(iii) PROJECT MANAGER (QS) (FOR PROPERTY COMPANY) REF: PM QS-01
Good first degree /HND in Quantity Surveying
Minimum of 10 yrs cognate experience
Must be registered with N .I.Q.S
Flair for Heavy Duty Building Construction works + relevant computer applications

(iv) DESIGN ENGINEER (FOR PROPERTY COMPANY) REF: DE-20
Good first degree HND in Engineering
Minimum of 8 yrs working experience in structural design of bridges and buildings
Registered with COREN, with good drawing office experience
Suitable IT Knowledge

(v) PLUMBING ENGINEER
Minimum of 6yrs relevant experience in building housing estate plumbing works
Must be able to read and interpreter mechanical drawings
Must be vast in calculating and estimating the materials requirement s for plumbing works.
Minimum of B/Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant discipline

(vii) CIVIL OR BUILDING ENGINEERS
Minimum of 5 yrs relevant experience in building estate construction works.
Must have handled big projects involving multi stories with pile and raft foundation works
Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Civil Engineering or Building Technology

(viii) PROJECT MANAGER (FOR PROPERTY COMPANY) REF: PM-ABJ/04
B.SC or HND in Engineering /Building Technology
Minimum of 6 yrs experience in reputable construction film
Good Knowledge of project supervision and construction techniques
Must be affiliated with professional bodies
