Requirements

Must be registered with N .I.Q.S
Flair for Heavy Duty Building Construction works + relevant computer applications

Good first degree HND in Engineering
Minimum of 8 yrs working experience in structural design of bridges and buildings
Registered with COREN, with good drawing office experience
Suitable IT Knowledge
(v) PLUMBING ENGINEER
Minimum of 6yrs relevant experience in building housing estate plumbing works
Must be able to read and interpreter mechanical drawings
Must be vast in calculating and estimating the materials requirement s for plumbing works.
Minimum of B/Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant discipline
(vii) CIVIL OR BUILDING ENGINEERS
Minimum of 5 yrs relevant experience in building estate construction works.
Must have handled big projects involving multi stories with pile and raft foundation works
