TECHNICAL DIRECTOR, National Public Health Development Project
Qualifications/ Experience:
• An advanced degree in public Health, Education or social Sciences and 15+ years experience in policy development and policy implementation in the areas of HIV/AIDS, family planning/ reproductive health, child survival, and basic education.
• Considerable experience in designing, implanting, and-managing complex and large projects. Knowledge and technical expertise in working with donors, senior executing policy / advocacy programs
• High level M & E and reporting skills
• Strong and demonstrated organizational, ‘personnel management and interpersonal relationship skills
• Excellent communications skills, including writing and oral presentation skills
• Successful candidates will have recent health and education sector experience in Nigeria. Experience working in Northern Nigeria Strongly preferred must be a Nigerian national
