Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the planning, management, and profitability of EPC projects assigned to the company
- To preserve the image of the group as a Flagship company for Nigerian content
- To develop and recommend annual operating and capital budgets
- To provide Technical and Commercial direction
- To manage, plan and resource projects in order to meet project deliverables in accordance to contract requirement with respect to time, quality and cost
- To review thoroughly and understand all service contract requirements
- To ensure operations and services are in line with Company\'s QHSE policies
- To provide guidelines for effective, safe, and technically sound operational practices
- To be responsible for all regular operational and financial reports to both customer and internal hierarchy
- To interact and engage with external parties in order to enhance the reputation of the Company and facilitate the growth of the business
- To hire, coach/mentor, provides direction, and review performance of management staff
- To be Responsible for recommending professional development, wage increases, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Business Administration / Finance Degree or Engineering Degree (Mechanical /Civil) coupled with a minimum 10 years experience of corporate Management
- Preferably 10 years with Oil & Gas EPC contractor or equivalent with P&L responsabilty
- Strong Leadership style empathetic to a multicultural business environment
- Highly motivated and performance oriented
- Strategically focused with expertise in effective negociation and presentation skills
- Ability to be a Change Agent, bring E&C best practice
- High level of integrity and ethical behaviour
- Preferably with previous experience of working in the challenging environment of certain African countries
