Our client is a newly established agency of the Rivers State Government, which is saddled with the responsibility of providing an enabling environment for infrastructural development and planning, investment promotion and housing projects, amongst others in Port Harcourt, Rivers State


SAMUELSON has been engaged by the Agency to identify proactive, development-oriented and skilled individuals, who are at home with conceptualizing, design nd implementation development initiatives. These individuals must be team players, high achievers and exceptional professionals with the requisite nd track record of top positions:


The requirements for all positions are as follows:

* must be Rivers State indigenes
* must have a minimum of 13 years post-qualification experience
* must have strong verbal, written communication & intersectorial skills
* a postgraduate degree and / profession qualifications will be a distinct advantage
* must be between 35 and 50 years of age

Direct of Finance [Ref: DF 4]

* A University degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting or any related field with a minimum of second class upper
* Proven track record in the use of Accounting softwre
* any of the following: ACA, FCA, CPA etc
* Good MS Office skills


Direct of Administration and Human Resources [Ref: DAHR 5]

* A University degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting or any related field with a minimum of second class upper
* Ability to analyse and access training and development needs
* Knowledge of computerized information system used in human resources applications
* Proven business development track record
* Proven people management skills
* Proven project management skills
* Good MS Office skills
