• Seeking an individual with middle/ senior management level experience, possibly gained within a financial ministry, central banking, planning or regulatory role.
• Candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to build confidence at all levels and to network widely.
Qualification
• The ability to assimilate and discuss a wide range of business and policy issues with credibility, listening to and clarifying client needs, and developing and articulating the value of potential solutions, is essential in this role.
• A masters degree or potentially a doctorate may be a helpful indicator of credibility with our senior level clients.
Personality
• A confident, assertive individual is required, with strong interpersonal skills who is comfortable working at all levels in both Africa and European environments.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the high energy levels needed to relentlessly pursue and close new business opportunities, sharing and fostering excitement about opportunities with colleagues. At the same time as being able to work independently, the job holder must also be an effective team work who will contribute to and collective success.
