Factory Administrator
* Must be a retired military officer above the rank of Lt. Col.
* Must have acquired over ten years working experience
* Must be computer literate

Security Officers
* Must be a retired military officer/Government Security agent above the rank of Col. Or a Captain or its equivalent
* Must have acquired over 5 years working experience in military/Government establishment
* Must be computer literate and not older than 50 years

Human Resources Officers
* Must be posses a good degree in the humanities or related field.
* Must have acquired over ten years working experience in factory administration
* Must be computer literate and not older than 50 years
