Job Vacancies at Multinational Company

A multinational company is looking for professionals of exceptional talent at various levels as given below:

A. FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
1) Finance Manager:
• The candidate should be having an excellent academic track record and should be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Nigeria or having similar professional qualifications.
• The person should not be more than 35 years having at least 5/7 years of post qualification experience in reputed companies handling
independently treasury functions, banking, imports, Taxation amongst other relevant areas.
• Exposure to ERP System is a must.

2) Chief Accountant/Cost Accountant:
• Should be have an excellent academic track record and should be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
• The person should not be more than 35 years of age having at least 5/7 years of post qualification experience having handled not only
the accounting functions independently of a manufacturing Company but has also the necessary exposure and approach to quickly
grasp the technicalities in order to effectively advise the Management in the areas of the costing structure of its various products
• Exposure to ERP System is a must.

3) Imports Manager:
• Should have a first degree in any discipline/HND
• The person should be around 35 years having at least 8 years of relevant experience in Imports.
• He should have the necessary experience and also the ability to coordinate effectively with the foreign suppliers on importation
matters,
• Banks to establish Letters of Credit among other related routines, Inspection Agencies, Clearing Agent and Custom authorities.
• He should have the initiative and drive to move things in close coordination both within and outside the organization in his area of
work.
• He is expected to have an excellent knowledge of the Custom Laws and the challenges at the Nigeria Ports to ensure speedy clearance
of the import consignments.
• He will also be expected to ensure emanation of timely Management Reports in his area of work.
• Excellent computer skills is a must.

4) System Analyst:
• Should have a degree in Computer Engineering/HND or equivalent having about 3 years of experience in working in SAP or any other
ERP package
• Should have good working knowledge in MS,Sql Server, Crystal Reports, Mail Servers and Wired/Wireless Networking.

5) Finance Officers/Accounts Officer/ Imports Officer/Stores Officer:
• Candidates should be bright young people of around 25 years with excellent academic track record and also with a good family
background.
• Candidates with 1st Class Degree in B.Sc Accounting or equivalent and having around 2 years of experience of relevance are only
eligible to apply,
• Excellent computer skills is a must.

B. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER:
• A first degree or its equivalent in any discipline, preferably in Social Sciences and Administration and also membership of a relevant
professional Body e.g Chartered Institute of personnel management.
• He should be around 35 years of age and have about 5 years of managerial experience in an organization of repute.
• Excellent computer skills is a must.

C. LOGISTICS MANAGER:
• Should have a first degree or its equivalent and preferably with an Engineering or Finance background and also have membership of a
relevant professional body in Materials Management.
• He should not be more than 40 years and have about 10 years of relevant experience.
• The successful candidate shall be responsible for the complete materials planning, stores function and other logistic issues of the
organization and have to work closely with the Operations Dept amongst other relevant Depts.
• Excellent computer skills is a must.

D. PRODUCTION MANAGER:
• Applicant must be a graduate/ HND or equivalent with around 10 years relevant experience in managing the production function in a
manufacturing Company.

E. QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER:
• Preferably an HND or B.Sc holder in Chemistry.
• Must have at least 10 years in quality assurance role with experience in setting up and controlling/requirements of ISO 9001.
• Computer skills is a must.

F. SALES & MARKETING:
1) Sales Managers:
• Should have a first degree or its equivalent and should be around 35 years of age having about 10 years of relevant experience •
preferably in the packaging industry or in FMCG industry.
• He should be a self starter and can work with minimum supervision.
• He has to be target driven and should possess entrepreneurial skills not only to develop new customers and market segments but also
have to provide high level of service to our existing customers keeping in mind the financial disciplines of the organization.
Good computer skills is a must

2) Sales Officers
• Candidates should be 25 years with good academic degree record preferably in marketing and Business Administration and also with a
good family background.
• The successful candidates will be having around 2 years of experience of relevance
• Good computer skills is a must.

G. PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR:
• The ideal candidate will possess an excellent command of written and spoken English and also have proven experience in administrative
work in addition, the candidate must display excellent administrative skills, accuracy and attention to detail, a multi-tasking ability, a
flexible and adaptive approach to work, the ability to work on own initiative and also have excellent computer skills.
• A good degree in Business Administration in addition to a good Secretarial qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum relevant working experience of at least 2 years and should be within 30 years of age.

H. SECRETARY
• Applicants must be a HND Secretarial Studies or its equivalent and should be within 30 years of age
• Must possess excellent communication skills and must be a computer literate.
• Should have minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience and also administrative experience.
