The Position: Workshop Manager
The Job
Reporting line: Chief Operating Officer
Manage all technical aspects of the maintenance of our trucks and trailers, whilst also undertaking preventive maintenance and unexpected repair
Control cost at budget levels and where possible below
Identifying inefficiencies and excess cost in the operations and making significant services and cost improvement
Training staff in all the technical aspects of maintaining and repairing all trucks and trailers used by the company
Qualification
3-5 years working experience
Minimum of HND or BSC in Mechanical Engineering
Position: Truck Drivers
Requirements
WASC/SSCE Certification or ability to read and write
Minimum of 5 years driving experience
Age not above 48 years
Current valid professional class E’ driver’s licence
Proper understanding of road signs, traffic regulations and road network
Good understanding of Heavy-duty trucks will be added advantage
