REQUIREMENTS:

* Letter of application
* Passport photographs, contact addresses and phone numbers of contact persons
* Number and copies of vehicles, particulars- Road worthiness, a nd hackney/stage carriage licence, etc.
* Current and valid Goods-in-Transit
* Insurance for a minimum of 10-15 metric tonnes [N2.0 million]
* 20-30 metric tonnes [N3. 0 million]
