1. Managing Director

• Minimum of 10 years cognate post qualification experience of which must have been at senior management level in either commercial or Microfinance Bank
• Possession of professional qualification such as ACA, ACIB would be an added advantage

2. Head Credit Marketing
Qualification and Experience
• Candidates must have excellent managerial and interpersonal skills, pay attention to details and must be highly

• He will coordinate the marketing activities of the bank
• Candidates must possess a minimum qualification of B.Sc/HND in the relevant area with 5 years experience in related financial institution,

3. Head Internal Audit/Risk Management
Qualification and Experience
• A degree in Accounting or the social sciences with post qualification experience in the inspectorate division of a Bank or an experience in an Audit firm would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• The above candidates must all be computer literate.
