SHIFT MANAGER
The successful candidate will be expected to coordiante the manufacturing activities to achieve agreed targets on volume,quantity,SHE,cost and other KPIs on shift basis
Support implementation of est practices: TPM, HACCP, ISO 14001, Hygiene etc
Monitor materials consumption, yield and general making cost
Identify skills gaps and organise training, counselling for operatives
Maintain shift discipline and compliance to company rules by operatives
B.Sc in any Engineering or Physical Sciences
Two years experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment FMCG
Competencies
