Each of the executives would be the pivot of our marketing effort in each, of the states and consequently be responsible for delivering our target in the respective states. In effect, he/she must be a resident of the particular state with good knowledge of the terrain and a deep understanding of the people.
He/she must also have a good academic background, be able to combine aptitude with success attitude, plus considerable experience, with both consumers and the trade, selling electronic appliances or any medium-risk product on the platform of a well-structured organisation.
