Heads of Department
1st Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Hotel Operations and/or Business Administration·
5 years working experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position· Relevant, Professional Qualifications (if any)
Member of a relevant professional body·
Computer literate (Ms Office)
Valid driving licence

Assistant Head of Department
1st Diploma/ Certificate in Hotel and Catering Management or Business Administration·
3 years working experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position·

Assistant Front Office Manager
Reports To: Front Office Manager
Positions Supervised:
Front Office Supervisor/ Duty Manager / Guest Relations/
Job Scope: Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager, and within the limits of established Group policies and procedures and local hotel policies and procedure, assists in the forward planning of the department which includes Duty Manager, Guest Relations, Reception, Telephone Services. Promote the desired work culture around the four core values of Integrity, Respect, Care and Fun of the Group and the brand ethos.

Finance Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Positions Supervised: Asst. Manager of Finance / IT Manager / Financial Accountant/ Credit Officer/ Purchasing Officer / IT Officer/ Head Store-man/ Accounts Supervisors
Job Scope: Provide management with timely financial analysis for effective decision-making. Prepare all statutory and management requirements of the Group and Owners. Develop financial strategies including IT strategies to help develop the business and review periodically. Assistant Finance Manager
Reports To: Finance Manager
Positions Supervised:Accounts Supervisor
JOB SCOPE:Under the general direction of the Finance Manager and within the limits of the Group policy and procedure and local requirements, assists in responsibility for all hotel accounting and financial controls. Promote the desired work culture around the four core values Integrity, Respect, Care and Fun of the Group and the brand ethos.

F & B Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Positions Supervised: Restaurant / Bar / Banquet Service Manager
Job Scope: Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager and delegate and within the limits of established Group polices, procedures, oversees all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation. Promote the desired work culture around the four core values of Integrity, Respect, Care and Fun of the Group and the brand ethos.

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Reports To: Food And Beverage Manager
Positions Supervised:Restaurant/ Bar / Banquet Services Manager
Job Scope:Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager or delegate, and within the limits of established Group Policies and Procedures, assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation. Human Resource Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Positions Supervised: Training / Hr Co-Ordinator / Occupational Nurse/ Paymaster
Job Scope: Under the guidance and supervision of the General Manager or delegate and within the limits of established Group policies and procedures, implements Human Resource, Training policies and procedures. Executive Housekeeper
Reports To: General Manager
Positions Supervised: Laundry / Asst. Housekeeper
Job Scope: Under the general guidance of the General Manager, or his/her delegate within the limits of established Group and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of overall Housekeeping operations which includes guest rooms, public areas, laundry and other specified back-of-the house areas. Assistant Housekeeper
Reports To: Executive Housekeeper
Positions Supervised: Housekeeping Supervisor / Floor Supervisor/ Laundry Supervisor
Job Scope: Under the general direction of the Executive Housekeeper, and within the limits of established Group policies and procedures, oversees and directs the day to day operation of Housekeeping Department and assists in the forward planning of the department. Maintenance Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Positions Supervised: Asst. Chief Engineer/ Engineering Shift Leader/ Shift Engineer / Landscape
Job Scope: The position of Maintenance Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner’s asset. Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility. Promote the desired work culture around the four core values of Integrity, Respect, Care and Fun of the Group and the brand ethos.

Assistant Maintenance Manager
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Positions Supervised: Engineering Shift Leader / Tradesman / Shift Engineer / Handyman / Landscape
Job Scope: The position of Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner’s asset. Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility. Under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager assists in co-ordinating the engineering operations of the hotel in line with Group standards to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction. Promote the desired work culture around the four core values of Integrity, Respect, Care and Fun of the Group and the brand ethos.
