HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager would be required to work as an integral part of the management team, providing efficient and proactive HR services
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager looking for a progressive and challenging role
Responsibilities:
Ability to think strategically and to ensure that HR issues are addressed in accordance with strategic and operational plans
Supervise the HR and Administrational functions
Report directly to the MD and providing counsel in all aspect of HR management including workforce planning and staffing, employee relations performance management and development

Requirements:
5 yrs experience as a Human Resource Manager, including solid experience in employee relations, recruitment and performance management, policy, implementations and administration
First degree in social science or any related field, MBA in HR or any related masters degree is an advantage
CIPM or relevant business/professional qualification
Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills

GENERAL MANAGER, SALE & MARKETING
A dynamic professional to lead the sales and marketing team. The successful candidate would assume responsibility for leading the drive to initiate, coordinate anzd effectively execute sales and marketing strategies for achieving the company’s market share and sales goal
Requirements/Qualification
A first degree in social science or any related field
Minimum of 12 yrs cognate experience in a sales and marketing role; 5 of which should have been at a senior managerial post
Familiarity with contemporary sales and marketing practices
Membership of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria will be an advantage

SALES MANAGER [EXPORT]
An enterprising role to develop Export Markets for the company’s products by applying creative sales and marketing strategies to attain planned market share in target markets
Requirements/Qualifications
A first degree in social science or any related field
Minimum of 10 yrs cognate experience in a sales and marketing role; 5 of which should have been at a senior managerial post
Fluency in written and spoken French would be an added advantage
Membership of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria will be an advantage
