A provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and related applications such as supply chain management (SCM), customer relationship management (CRM), product life-cycle management (PLM) and supplier relationship management (SRM) seeks to hire smart, ambitious people who are looking for a place to grow their careers for the following positions:


1. TERRITORY SALES EXECUTIVE - West Africa (TSE-WA)
Role:
The primary purpose of the Territory Sales Executive- West Africa is to develop & increase the sales of ERP and related business software within West Africa through both direct sales and indirect sales, leveraging the extended channel partners.
In this role, The TSE/CSE is responsible to identify, qualify, develop and drive sales opportunities while supporting partner sales execution in this territory.

Knowledge & Skills
The right candidates will have:
• Prior ERP & business software applications Sales experience is fundamental
• Vertical Industry Experience i. e. Financial Services, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Telecoms & Oil/Gas Experience managing complex deals & opportunities, managing a sales pipeline and meeting/exceeding quota
• An understanding of the principles of solution selling through Partners Relevant channel management experience
• Managed sales teams and been a people manager
• An understanding of the general Enterprise Business Software ecosystem in West Africa
• Knowledge of overall market including ERP, SCM & CRM

Qualifications & Experience:
• University Degree, plus a Masters Degree
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in Enterprise Software Solution Sales


2. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - West Africa (AE-WA)

Role:
The Account Executive's key objectives are the delivery of new and repeat business revenues per target, maintenance of customer service levels and completion of duties and tasks per standard.

The successful account executive will perform excellently on 4 major KPI areas as follows:
• New Business Development & Contribution
• Opportunity Management
• Account Management
• Territory Management

Qualifications & Experience:
• University Degree or Higher National Diploma in marketing or related business discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years sales & B2B account management experience
• Must have prior software sales experience and have worked with mainstream business software.
• Knowledge of software sales methodologies & key account management processes key
• Experience using CRM and SFA solutions as part of sales process crucial
• Will be required to travel both nationally and internationally
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have good reasoning ability


3. PRE-SALES SPECIALIST (PSS-WA)
Role:
The right candidate will work with the sales and client engagement teams to:
• Champion the presentation and demonstration of ERP and related business software solutions to all levels on the customer side
• Identify, understand and define the customer's business requirements, needs. and objectives- Interact, design and present demonstrations and workshops to customers that articulate functionality and business benefits matched to customer requirements
• Communicate the1business requirements to project/implementation team after completion of sale, to sure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages
• Drive the development & implementation of the go-to-market (GTM) strategies

Qualifications & Experience:
• Relevant Bachelors degree or HND, masters an advantage
• Minimum of 4-5 years professional services consulting and/or industry related experience
• Explicit experience working enterprise software applications including ERP, SCM, SRM, PLM, CRM
• Experience in sales and sales processes
• Very high action orientation and pragmatism, readiness to take on responsibility; highly persistent; strongly oriented towards execution; self-managed, but strong team-player in multi-cultural environment; willingness to continuously learn


4. PROJECT MANAGER (PM-WA)
Role:
The project manager will oversee the management of client projects from project preparation and scoping, the Blue-Print phase, through to realization and final preparation.
Qualifications & Experience:
• University Degree or HND
• 4-5 years business application package implementation as Project Manager with at least one complete project life cycle- In-depth knowledge of a structured implementation methodology
• In-depth knowledge and experience in project planning tools including MS Project- In-depth understanding of project management process including scope management, risk management, project estimating and budgeting, resource management and change management
• Experience in pre-sales initiatives including proposal preparation
• Business and industry knowledge - preferably across multiple industries
• Understanding of key business principles and process including financial controls, logistics processes and costing principles
• Experience in business and system consulting
