Primary Functions/Tasks The main function/task for this position is to co-operate and work jointly with the team to create sales opportunities. The person must be able to discuss solutions on all levels, from individual products to complex systems, including engineered solutions, service and training. He/she also need to be able to conceptualize and visualize proposed solutions. Practically set-up and demonstrate solutions in the work shop or at customer sites. The person must have knowledge of Motor Control Centers and Main Distribution systems. A successful candidate will report to the LP Business Manager. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following; · Adopting hands on approach towards establishing and developing excellent relationships with existing and new customers. Understand the clients thinking and requirements to be able to translate their needs into working solutions. · Generating a high level of customer satisfaction in all activities such as demonstrations, customer events, solutions engineering and on site commissioning etc · Continuously analyze the market to ensure thorough knowledge and input to the business and marketing Plan. · Together with the Business Manager to identify and follow potential business leads from early pursuits through project execution if necessary. · Where required, help outside of assigned segment as requested by management. |
