Chevron Nigeria is recruting for Maintenance Superintendent – Support Services with minimum of seven (7) years relevant maintenance management experience in a Petrochemical or refinery facility.
Job Description:
Responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and procedures as well as overseeing and managing all Contracts, internal as well as external to CNL.
Ensure that all work is done in accordance with the relevant specifications, regulations and standards.
Manage a team consisting of Coordinators to ensure that the service delivery meets Plant needs and customer expectations.
Responsible for continuous improvement on service delivery and ensuring that Contracts are managed to deliver value, on time and within budget without deviating from agreed standards.
Optimize Services Department, procedures and activities to assist EGTL Operations and Maintenance Department in achieving world class standards.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering. Candidates must have a minimum of Second Class Lower division for Bachelors degree and Upper credit for Diploma certificates.
Required Skills:
Excellent technical and analytical skills;
Good oral and written communication skills;
Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills;
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of Software
Experience
Minimum of seven (7) years relevant maintenance management experience in a Petrochemical or refinery facility.
