The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for Human Resource, security and protocol function of the company.
He/she is the focal point on all Human Resources and Administrative policies, guidelines and procedures.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring that these policies are consistently and uniformly applied in consonance with the company’s objectives.
Requirement- Possession of a Bachelor’s in Human Resource and Personnel Management or related discipline
- Minimum of twelve years generalist experience, with a minimum of five in Human resources management in a reputable company
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws, principles and practices of personnel management
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and good communication skills
- Must learn to be a builder with excellent people skills, culturally sensitive and have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with employees, officials etc
- Good negotiation skills and ability to settle disputes and also possess the ability to influence colleagues
- Not more than 35 years
Head Sales & Marketing REF HS&M/09
A motivated, dynamic sales oriented professional to lead our sales and marketing team. A senior management position with key responsibilities to formulate, coordinate and effectively execute marketing strategies.
He/she will provide the needed support for sales and marketing team, towards the achievement of overall sales target and goals.
Requirements:- A first degree in marketing and professional marketing qualification or MBA
- Minimum of fourteen years experience in marketing &sales, with five in management position preferably in a FMCG or food processing industry with proven track record of achievement and innovativeness
- Strong customer focus
- Membership of a recognized professional marketing institution
- Proven knowledge of contemporary sales and marketing strategies
- Not more than 45 years
Procurement Officer REF PRO/09
The procurement officer will support the manager in the running of an efficient procurement system for the company.
Candidate will possess a First Degree in Purchasing & Supply, Social Sciences or related discipline and minimum of three years work experience in the same or related field.
Requirements- Possession of a first degree in purchasing & supply, social sciences or related discipline
- Minimum of three years work experience in the same or related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft software [word, Excel etc]
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must be result oriented, able to work with minimum supervision while being a strong team player
- Membership of the Institute of Purchasing Supply
Boiler Engineer REF BOE/09
Boiler Engineer will ensure that all Boilers are maintained to a reliable and safe standard for optimal performance. He must have drive, initiative and the ability to perform with minimum supervision in a production environment.
Requirements
- A first degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in boiler operation section of a food, brewery or petrochemical company. 3 of which must be in maintenance of pumps, compressor, heat exchangers valves etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience and good people management skills, with the ability to handle a demanding work schedule
- Must have knowledge of Health, safety & Environment practice
- Attention to detail and very strong analytical skills
- Membership of COREN or Nigerian Society of Engineer is and added advantage
- Not more than 32 years
Mechanical Engineer REF MEE/09
Mechanical Engineer will operate and maintain all material handling equipments, UPS/battery system and other heavy duty equipments in the company
Requirements
- A first degree Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years practical experience in food, brewery or heavy engineering industry
- Must have knowledge of Health, safety & Environment practice
- Attention to detail and very strong analytical skills
- Membership of COREN or Nigerian Society of Engineer is and added advantage
- Not more than 32 years
Instrument Engineer REF INE/09
The instrument engineer will be part of a team responsible for providing technical maintenance of all refinery equipments for the smooth running of the refinery of the refinery activities.
Requirements
- A first degree or HND in Electrical/electronics Engineering or instrumentation and control engineering.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks
- Must be a Registered Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineer
- At least 8 years practical experience in industrial, team oriented and collaborative environment.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Must have knowledge of Health, safety & Environment practice
- Attention to detail and very strong analytical skills
- Not more than 32 years
Mechanical Technician Engineer REF MET/09
Requirements
- Technical certificate part I & II, city & Guild II or OND in Mechanical Engineering.
- Six years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and overhauling of pump and compressor is a an added advantages
- Must have knowledge of Health, safety & Environment practice
- Not more than 30 years
