Project Manager [Expatriate/Nigerian]

This position is required on a two-years contract in the first instance and renewable thereafter. The preferred candidates must be a qualified civil or structural engineer with substantial experience in supervision of multi=storey building from scratch to completion. Ability to coordinate construction site operations effectively and to achieve quality and time targets is necessary.


Project Engineer [Nigerian]

Preferred candidates must possess a degree or HND in Civil or structural engineering with substantial experience in the supervision of multi-storey building. He must be conversant with construction codes and standards as regards multi-storey building.


Finance Manager

Preferred candidates must possess a degree or equivalent and be a member of a recognized professional accountancy body, with adequate post-qualification experience in the construction industry. Candidates must show proficiency in the use of accounting software.


Plant Manager

Candidates must have a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering with adequate experience in plant management for verbal structures. They must have been involved in setting up the plant yard and managing equipment for a sizeable construction project.


Site Engineers

Preferred candidates must possess a BSC or HND in Civil engineering and with experience in building construction. They must understand the reading of structural drawing and building construction technology.


Quantity Surveyor

Preferred candidates must possess BSc or HND in quantity surveying and with demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in a construction company. In addition, the preferred candidates must have experience in the use of computer.


Land Surveyor

Preferred candidates must possess BSc or HND in Land surveying and with demonstrable experience of at least 3 years of working as a Land Surveyor on construction projects. Candidates must have experience in the use of modern surveying instruments, such as the total station and electronic theodolites.


Plant Supervisor

Candidates must have city and guild or similar qualifications in the respective trades. Previous experience of plant supervision on construction projects is required.


Administrative Officer

Candidates must be at least 35 yrs old and must have a minimum of OND in Business Administration or related disciplines, with at least 5 yrs post qualification experience in a construction company.


Plant Operators

Candidates must have a minimum of ‘O’ Levels or equivalent and Trade Test Certificates. Previous experience with heavy and light duty construction equipment will be an advantage.
