Job Vacancies at International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA)

International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) seeks suitable candidates for the following positions at its Headquarters in Ibadan.


1. EMPLOYEE SERVICES MANAGER (2-years renewable contract)
Qualification & Experience:
• B.Sc/BA/HND or equivalent in Management studies or any related field with at least 10 years post qualification relevant experience in a similar position;
• Must be matured, patient and have good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws;
• Quick at analyzing issues and proffering quality solutions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be highly computer literate.


2. BUDGET OFFICER (2-years renewable contract)
Qualification & Experience:
• B.Sc/HND or ICAN PE II plus at least 4 years working experience in the budget/planning unit of a large organization;
• He/she must have a sound analytical mind and a good knowledge of computer spread sheet, oracle applications and must be willing to put in extra hours.


3. ORACLE ACCOUNTING OFFICER (2-years renewable contract)
Qualification & Experience:
• B.Sc/HND Accounting or ICAN PE II plus minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar environment;
• Must be very good in the use of oracle applications, have a sound analytical mind and must be willing to put in extra hours.


4. TREASURY ASSISTANT (2-years renewable contract)
Qualification & Experience:
• B.Sc/HND Accounting or ICAN PE II plus minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar environment;
• Must be very good in the use of oracle applications, have a sound analytical mind and must be willing to put in extra hours.


5. PAYROLL ASSISTANT (2-years renewable contract)
Qualification & Experience:
• ND Accounting or ICAN Foundation plus minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar environment;
• Must be very honest and good in the use of Oracle applications, , have a sound analytical mind and must be willing to work long hours.
