Job Vacancies at University of Leeds

The University of Leeds requires an administrative officer to support the Nigeria Representative with office activities and will be based in PFL Ikeja Office, Lagos.

The role holder will ideally be a University degree holder with 1 - 3 years work experience within customer service, marketing or education.

The role holder should have good command of the English Language and good typing and computer skills.

The role holder will also be customer friendly and clients focused.

Some job functions include:
1. To be a point of contact for prospective students – phone, email and walk-ins
2. To handle daily administrative duties including receiving, logging and scanning mail and offer letters and logging and dispatch of same
3. To ensure fast response to enquiries and processing of applications
4. To ensure PFL Offices are updated with information and materials
5. To attend recruitment events and exhibition as required
6. Other duties

It is a full time job.
