CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (REF: CSO-01):
- Interested Applicants must have Excellent Customer Relationship skills, strong troubleshooting skills in a Network (LAN/WAN) environment,
- proficiency in Database management, Good use of Application software such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have experience in the use of Call log and ticketing Software and must have had adequate exposure and usage of performance monitoring tools.
- Minimum 2 years post qualification (B.Eng, B.SC or HND) preferably female in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Computer, Information Technology or Computer Science field.
- Cognate experience in Customer Service role in a technical environment would be a clear advantage.
SERVICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT (REF: SSA-01)
- Interested Applicant must have basic knowledge of Networks (LAN/WAN) and the Wireless Technology, Must be able to carry out effective troubleshooting on Network faults (LAN/WAN).
- Required:
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows OS Working knowledge of MS office applications, familiarity with Router configuration (Cisco or Mikrotik)
- An OND in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering with high Computer Literacy
- Minimum 2 years working experience after graduation.
TRAINEE FIELD ENGINEERS (REF: TFE-01)
- Candidates for this position should be young graduates of Electrical/Electronics/Computer/ Communication Engineering, who are interested in working in a dynamic organization that offers invaluable opportunity for advancement in the communication industry across the country.
- Below 28 years of age
- Post NYSC Bachelors Degree or HND
TECHNICIANS (REF ID: TFE - 02)
- Requirement is the same as the TFE - 01 above.
- OND with basic system experience is sufficient for applicant.
