An Architectural Consulting company requires the services of qualified candidates for the following positions in their company

GM FINANCE
Knowledge and Experience
• Must be a tenacious and diligent individual with vast knowledge and experience of finance, accounting, and good judgment.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity

SENIOR ARCHITECTS/PROJECT LEADS
Knowledge and Experience
• Background and experience in design Architecture preferably as Partner or Senior Associate in a seasoned Architectural Practice.
• Use of AutoCAD, awareness of Revit
• 10 years experience in Architectural practice
• Degree in Architecture.

DESIGN ARCHITECT
Knowledge and Experience
• Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience.
• Good university degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Knowledge of design quality and related design disciplines
• Knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building regulations.
• Ability to develop and detail out Design, Programming, Aesthetics, Spatial and Functional requirements of buildings
• Ability to Define and translate broad goal statements into actionable items risks contributions

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
The Senior Interior Design is responsible for implementing Design Unions interior aesthetic, design and creativity principles as well as spatial and functional requirements standards for buildings while working within budget and schedule
Knowledge & Experience
• Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience
• Good university degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Knowledge of design quality and related design disciplines

HR/ ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
• Must have a good knowledge of the labour law and must have a working experience in JR depth
Knowledge & Experience
• Minimum of three years experience in similar role in a fast-paced work environment.
• HND or B.Sc in Industrial relations or Business Admin and must have working knowledge of Accounting packages.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO MD
• The ideal candidate should have a Law degree, MBA or both.
• Strong organizational skills and business administration experience.
• Must have strong management experience. Construction/Real Estate/Finance experience a plus
• Be proactive and forward thinking in approach, particularly when handling assigned tasks
• Posses excellent analytical, organizational, resource planning and communication skills as well as being comfortable in dealing with personnel at all levels
• Have previous project management experience or a good understanding of project management principles

FRESH GRADUATES
• Should Be A Product of Unilag, Nsukka, ABU Universities.
• A 2.1 will be an added advantage
• No experience required
