Principal
At this job level, candidates will be required to provide coordination and technical support to teams. The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications, attributes and relevant experience:
* At least 3 years relevant hands-on experience in any of the services aforementioned
* Proven ability to create simple valuation models and business cases
* Understanding of financial statements and financing structures
* Ability to facilitate brainstorming and discussion sessions with minimal supervision

Manager
At this job level, candidates will be required to organize available resources to seek, convert, lead and execute business opportunities across existing and future markets. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications, attributes and relevant experience:
* At least 5 years relevant hands-on experience in any of the sectors aforementioned with proven business development abilities
* Ability to support day to day management of project origination and execution and guiding research and analysis efforts
* Ability to manage existing clients as well as build and maintain relationships with new clients

Research & Knowledge Management
Successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, organizing and analyzing relevant information and storing them in a manner that is easily accessible and valuable to users. Interested candidates must posses the following qualifications, attributes and relevant experience:
* Hands-on experience in Research and Knowledge management
* Proven ability to source, organise and analyse needed information and make it easily accessible to users
* Proven ability to organise and maintain Shared Information Systems
