Financial Accountant
Reporting to the General Manager.
Degree-qualified, you must be an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification requisite experience.
This position requires a high level of maturity and strong leadership skills.
You must have high level communication and influencing skills.
Highly numerate and analytical with a practical approach to problem solving, you must have the drive and commercial acumen to succeed.
A good knowledge of an accounting software is required.

Civil Engineers (Construction - Lagos / Calabar)
You will oversee the actual construction on the ground.
You will ensure the project runs to time and budget.
You will supervise construction, deal with the logistics of supplies, schedule work; provide appropriate plant for construction, monitor the provision of materials, liaise with and direct the work of sub-contractors employed on the project and ensure safety standards and quality of workmanship. You must have useful experience in roads and general building construction with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience.

Quantity Surveyors (Construction - Lagos/Calabar)
You will manage all costs relating to building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
You will seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
You will prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities while identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.
You must have useful experience in budgeting, time schedule, costing and tendering with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
You must be proficient in relevant computer applications.

Surveyor (Construction - Lagos)
You will survey earth's surface to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction.
You will research previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys.
You will develop new data from photogrammetric records.
You will determine methods and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control. You must have experience in using total stations, complete surveying equipments and calculating quantities.
You must have a minimum of 5 years’ similar experience.

Technical Officer Engineer (Constr-Lagos / Calabar)
You will effectively and continuously coordinate and follow up on all projects.
You will perform technical, organizational and supervisory role on various construction projects. You will prepare and review daily production sheet, coordinate and ensure the quantities being measured from sites, invoice the verified quantities regularly to clients and follow up.
You must have useful experience in technical construction projects and roads.

Mechanical Engineer (Construction - Calabar)
You will manage the repair and maintenance workshop.
You will supervise and train the workshop staff to carry out effective repairs on construction equipment.
You will be responsible for proactive problem identification and resolution.
You must have useful experience handling earthwork equipments workshop, repairing, maintaining and servicing of plant construction equipment.
You must have demonstrable management skills.

Site Supervisors (Telecommunications - Lagos)
You will plan, design and oversee the construction of cell-sites.
You will ensure quality is met within agreed timeline.
You must be a professional Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a telecommunications company.
You must be capable of conducting technical site survey and supervision of soil test investigation and piling.
You must be capable of building complete site by yourself with good quality and speed.
You must have a good knowledge of RF work, Shelter and reticulation.
You must be capable of handling more than 2 sites at once, with good management skills.
You must have a good knowledge of the RF, Reticulation materials so that you can report if there are missing items on sites.
You must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and internet browsing.

Architects
You will initiate various design and construction documents and models.
You will work closely with users, clients and officials to make sure that projected designs match the needs of these groups.
In addition, you will work closely with contractors on site, ensuring that works are carried out to specific standards.
You must have a good first degree in architecture with a minimum of 3 years’ demonstrable experience in architectural designing and project management.
You must have good design and drawing skills with the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
You must have good time management and organisational skills to juggle several projects concurrently.
Good leadership skills with an inquisitive and creative mind that is willing to change are essential. AutoCAD experience and expertise are required.

General Manager (Human Resources)
You will make a significant contribution to the strategic direction and management of the company’s business through advice and implementation of people and culture solutions to ensure effectiveness in attracting, managing, developing, motivating and retaining top quality staff. Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing human resources in a large organisation.


Heads of Branches
You will generate new businesses and maintain strong customer relationship. You will generate business reports and analysis. You must have a good first degree with a strong personality. Useful marketing experience of financial products and a good understanding of different investment markets and products will be an advantage.

Receptionist
You will attend to clients’ requests and provide necessary information.

Accountant
Will maintain the books of accounts of the company.

Stockbroker
Will act as financial adviser to the clients by making recommendations on whether to buy or sell particular securities.
