Linkserve Nigeria: Training / Education Manager

Linkserve Nigeria is hiring for a Training / Education Manager to be based in Port Harcourt.



Design and deliver training programmes in information and communications technology (ICT)
Responsible for the applications of learning technologies to transfer skills (in both IT and non-IT subjects)
Carrying out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable leaner skill levels
Designing training programmes appropriate to the skills needed
Ensuring the learning environment and resources support leaner needs
Maintaining appropriate records of leaner development and also resource allocation

Ability to impart knowledge to students as well as to recognize individual learning skills and to adapt curriculum towards engaging each student relative to individual learning capacity
Excellent communications skills especially in English and its variants
Diplomatic skills is essential

Minimum first degree from any reputable institution
Must possess industry certification from recognized industry trainers like Microsoft MCT or similar
