Service Engineers for Drives and Motors

Requirement:
To provide technical/advisory support to internal and external customers.
To provide installation and commissioning support to service projects and systems projects where required.
To identify and provide engineering/system integration capabilities to upgrade, retrofit or migration projects.

Main Accountabilities:

1.         Stay abreast of technological and industry developments in main product of responsibility.
2.         To offer advice and recommendations to the sales, proposals and project management colleagues for service related performance solutions.
3.         To deliver sound technical service according to clients guidelines
4.         Ensure quality standards are met in all solutions proposed or implemented.
5.         Ensure safety and environmental standards are met in all solutions proposed or implemented.
6.         Conduct customer presentations / seminars / business forums as required in conjunction with Sales and Marketing colleagues.
7.         Have specific responsibility to acquire and maintain own required training certificate levels
8.         Providing data for the population of ServIS or other Installed Base tool based on service work done, the job that needs possible Site Surveys to collect such data.
9.         Operate as a team member
10.     Own time-keeping and logging against service jobs

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

5. Degree Control Systems / Engineering or similar.

Minimum 3 years in process control & Industrial Automation environments
(Motors & Drives experience is a plus)

6. Age between 28 to 32 years. An exceptional candidate will be considered irrespective of his age.
