Executive Assistant to the CEO
Job Description
1. Support the daily work of the CEO. Ensure that all documents are treated with utmost confidentiality and are channelled to the appropriate authority.
I. Manage the CEO’s calendar.
II. Screen phone calls (internal and external).
III. File, process and maintain Files.
IV. Manage CEO’s driver(s)/logistics.


2.  Prepare and organise meetings (Internal and External).
I. Set- up meetings, liaise with attendees; ensure meetings scheduled kick-off on time with all required attendees in attendant.


3. Arrange/process all travelling and accommodation request on behalf of the CEO and visiting senior staff from the group.


4. Manage and arrange reimbursement of all expenses incurred by the CEO.


5. Attend-to and monitor urgent enquiries and customer complaints (either verbally or via letters) ensuring that they are brought to the respective authority’s attention for a response with a status feedback given to the concerned party.


6. Ensure all facilities assigned to the office are in working condition and when repair is required, the necessary party is informed.


7. Deliver on ad-hoc task assigned by the CEO in a timely manner, give updates when necessary and follow-up if required.


8. Continually develop and apply  procedures to facilitate effective and efficient business systems within the CEO’s Office.


9. Provide Ad hoc administrative duties and support when required to management staff and businesses.


10. Send-out minutes of the monthly Mancom meeting to its members and also gather inputs from the various businesses for the monthly CEO’s report.

Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc University degree (2:2 Minimum).
- Someone who will understand the general thrust of issues that are dealt with by the CEO.
- Someone who will understand the structure and function of different departments of the bank.
- Someone who is good at reasoning through issues and has sound common sense.
- Someone who has good skills in using Microsoft Office product suite (mainly Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Someone who is pro-active and doesn’t take input at face value.
- Someone who takes responsibility and can work independently.
- Someone who has good writing skills.
- Someone who can work on projects.
- Someone who likes doing a thorough job on all work.
- In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.



Executive Assistant to Senior Credit Officer W/A, & Country Chief Risk Officer Nigeria
Job Description
- Daily maintenance of the SCO diary.
- Maintain a timely & comprehensive priority schedule, of Daily/weekly/monthly deadlines and a follow up system.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure proper maintenance of all equipment of the credit unit.
- Ensure supply and economic usage of office stationery.
- Handle all travel arrangements of the SCO and official visitors to the SCO’s office.
- Organization of Internal Meetings.
- Co-ordination/distribution of correspondences to SCO & SCB Nigeria and Cameroon Management & other West Africa Offices.
- Maintenance and Management of SCO leave.
- Provide efficient administrative support for the SCO and the credit unit.
- Ensure mails are efficiently sorted for and filed as appropriate.
- Management of Budget,  manage the units operational cost to ensure agreed budget targets are met.


CREDIT MANAGEMENT
- Be responsible for the following key meetings of SCO organizing ( as Appropriate and follow-ups of SCO’s specific action points to ensure that timely action is taken:
- Quarterly Local Credit Policy & Portfolio Management Committee Meeting (CPPRC).
Monthly Early Alert Committee Meetings ( EAR & ASTAR)
- Board Risks & Audit Committee ( BARC).
- Management Committee (MANCO).
- Country Operational Risk Group ( CORG).
- Ensure timely submission of EAR and ASTAR reports to RCO.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly approved BCAs for Board Ratification.
- Ensure timely submission of approved BCAs for oversight.
- Ensure timely submission of approved BCAs and month end LUS report for W/A countries to the RCO.

-  Few years of banking experience.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Must be computer literate, preferably Excel.
- Familiarity with banking operation and systems.
- Good organizing, time-management, communication and inter-personal skills.
- Excellent command of both oral and written English.
