General

The British High Commission is looking for a senior Estate & Logistics to team working in its busy Management section.

Qualities needed

Highly organised individual, with strong and evidenced self-management skills who is able to lead and motivate staff Previous logistics experience is essential.

Needs to be self – starter with excellent English oral and written communication skills, including the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, have strong interpersonal and networking skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people.

A commitment to customer service, proven staff management ability and the skill-set to spot opportunities to improve staff performance through training, coaching and appraisal processes.
