Experience
• At least eight (8) years post N.Y.S.C experience in real estate industry
• At least five (5) years in a management position
• In depth knowledge of property and facilities management

RESIDENT TECHNICIAN (SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT)
Age: 28-35 Years
Educational Qualification
• Diploma or City and Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical engineering

• At least five (5) years as team lead in facilities/Engineering Company
• In depth knowledge of property and facilities management

• Ability to work with little supervision

• Innovative, Creative and intuitive
