Sales Representative for the Eastern Nigeria. This client is major international group specializing in the fabrication and the selling of paints and protective coatings for the Industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • To establish and maintain a positive relationships with key decision makers within existing and potential future customers.
  • The Sales Representative will report to the Managing Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify all potential prospects within the activity portfolio of the company
  • Meet with existing and prospect customers to develop effective working relationships and identify and obtain further their future programs.
  • Provide feedback to appropriate Senior/group management on the status of customers business, changes in their requirements and organization so as to ensure that existing and future contracts and bids can be delivered in the most efficient and effective way.
  • Provide detailed updates and forecasts on changes in client and competitor status and activity to ensure that business opportunities are fully exploited.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 5 years sales or business development experience
  • Experience in industrial maintenance or Oil & Gas sector would be a plus
  • Knowledge of the coating and industrial painting would be a plus
  • Dedicated, motivated, enthusiastic
  • Corporate presentation, excellent interpersonal skills

Customer Service Officer for its Lagos Officer. The client is major international group specializing in the fabrication and the selling of paints and protective coatings for the Industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service officer is responsible for the follow up and control an processing of Sales and Warehouse stocks. He/she liaises with the clients to keep them informed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To assist in client liaison and working on quotations.
  • Follow up of all client exchanges by email, fax and letters.
  • Prepare invoices and proforma documents and insure that the client purchase order are inline.
  • To perform the general receptionist duties including but not limited to telephone, Answering and guest arrivals.
  • To ensure that the data entered into Sage accounting system is in accordance with the customers purchase orders.
  • To monitor the proposed delivery dates on the outstanding orders by the customers report and coordinate with the sales staff, so customers are informed of any undue delay.
  • Ensure quality checks of all products prior to delivery.
  • To maintain and prepare the supplier schedule
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Extremely customer oriented
  • Hard working and conscientious individual
  • Fully conversant with computer applications
  • Good command of the English language

Transit Officer for its Lagos Officer. The client is major international group specializing in the fabrication and the selling of paints and protective coatings for the Industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Transit Officer is responsible for the receipt, preservation, issue, transfer and delivery of various materials and equipment used by the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure clearing of the freight
  • Handle the day to day operations of customs formalities
  • Control all the documentation and legal certification
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and Customs authorities, clearance regarding all shipment details : including port charges payable, transhipment ports, and documentary formalities required
  • Supervise the reception of the freight
  • Check all incoming materials & equipment and associated certification, ensuring conformance with requirements and maintaining required records accordingly
  • Ensure all and incidents / delays are recorded, reported and investigated as required and that corrective action is implemented accordingly
  • Ensure all information associated with the receipt, storage, transfer and incoming / issue of material & equipment is captured on the organisations material database system
  • Take lead in resolving administrative problems
  • Prepare key performance indicators for review and report
  • Other duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Operations related to Logistics and Project Forwarding
  • Import / Export experience dealing day to day with operations including customs clearances
  • Excellent Freight Forwarding knowledge and Customs requirements with proven track record
  • Good communication skills and professional appearance
  • The ability to communicate on all levels
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office pack.
  • Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
