Job Vacancies at Swift Networks Limited

SWIFT NETWORKS LIMITED is a leading broadband telecommunications services provider of innovative internet, data, video and voice solutions that enable our enterprise and consumer subscribers to communicate, collaborate and excel.

As a result of rapid growth, we are in search of exceptional individuals to join our team of young, smart and talented people in the following positions.


1. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER [AGM] (Consumer Sales)

Qualifications & Experience

A good first degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 2nd class honours, upper division.

An MBA Degree obtained from a top university will be an advantage.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of added experience in selling ICT and /or FMCG product and services.

A proven track record in consistently delivering set targets and managing a team of field sales persons will be required.


Knowledge, skills and competencies

Acute understanding of consumer behavior and insight

Sales and sales force management

Management of third party vendors

Working knowledge of information and communication technology products

Supply chain and distribution strategy

Subscriber retention and churn management

Advertising and media planning and placement.



2. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER [AGM] (Enterprise Sales)

Qualifications & Experience

A good first degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences and any of the physical sciences with a minimum of 2nd class honours, upper division from a reputable university.

An MBA Degree obtained from a top university will be an advantage.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years selling ICT solutions to the banking and finance, ICT, oil and gas and other Business –to Business prospects will be required.

A proven track record in consistently delivering set targets and managing a team of field sales persons will be required.

Knowledge, skills and competencies

Must have the drive and capacity to meet and beat challenging targets.

Strong relationship and team building skills; experience in dealing with corporate and government representatives and other senior individuals and stakeholder groups.

Delivering results; absolute focus to deliver under pressure in an ever changing business environment.

Putting customers first; understanding the needs, expectations and requirements of stakeholders.

Communicating for impact, effective communication with senior stakeholder inside and outside of the company.

Making a personal difference strong influencing skills and responsive technical / professional expertise.

Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communications.

Strong presentation skills required, including experience in presenting and influencing a senior audience.



3. MARKETING SERVICES OFFICER

Qualifications & Experience

Must be a graduate of Marketing from a top university with at least a 2nd class honours, upper division.

An MBA Degree obtained from a top university will be an advantage.

Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years cognate experience obtained in similar position in a top marketing oriented organization is required.
