Associate Director, Monitoring And Evaluation
Minimum requirements
  • Health related diploma and PhD or similar degree in monitoring and evaluation or related field
  • 8-10 years experience in monitoring and evaluation in large HIV/AIDS programs at national or international level
  • Sound knowledge of statistics and public health
  • Experience in working with local partners, including host governments, NGOs and CBOs
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian local context is an asset as well as familiarity with USAID and PEPFAR programs

Monitoring And Evaluation Officer
Minimum requirements
  • MPH, MD or similar degree in monitoring and evaluation. medicine, pharmacy, or related field experience in monitoring and evaluation in reproductive health or HIV/AIDS programs in developing countries
  • 1-3 years experience in monitoring and evaluation in large HIV/AIDS programs at national or international level
  • Experience working with local partners, including NGOs and CBOs and knowledge of the local context
  • Familiarity with USAID programs is preferred

Clinical Services Officer (LAMIS)
Minimum requirements
  • MBBS/MD and MPH or related postgraduate qualification (MBBS or MD with additional experience will be considered)
  • 1-3 years clinical experience in HIV/AIDS programs in developing countries with additional 1-2 years working with facility level data
  • Experience working with local partners, including NGOs and CBOs and knowledge of the local context
  • Understanding of the political and ethical issues surrounding HIV infection
  • Ability to work with government facility staff
  • Good analytical and software skills and ability to pay attention to details
  • Experience with standard statistical software (STATA or SPSS) is an added advantage
  • Well developed written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with USAID programs is preferred

Clinical Services Officer
Minimum requirements
  • MBBS/MD with 1-3 years experience in clinical care with sound understanding of HIV/AIDS
  • 2-3 years experience in the provision of ART in resource-constrained settings
  • Postgraduate degree in public health is desirable
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is an advantage

Senior Program Officer

Minimum requirements
  • Masters degree in public health or the behavioral sciences with 5-7 years experience (B.Sc with 7-9 years experience)
  • At least 5 years in HIV/AIDS programming Experience working with NGOs and CBOs
  • Strong knowledge of HIV/AIDS programming and of project monitoring

Laboratory Quality Officer

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in the physical sciences, medical laboratory sciences, microbiology, molecular biology or related field with 5 years’ post-NYSC experience in laboratory quality management
  • Working knowledge of clinical laboratory equipment
  • Proven skills in clinical laboratory assessment and creative problem-solving will be an advantage
  • Certification/license to practice as a medical laboratory scientist is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable

Laboratory Officer
Minimum requirements
  • B.Sc. and AMLSCN, B.MLS or AMLSCN and FMLSCN
  • Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in the provision of laboratory support for HIV / AIDS
  • Sound understanding of HIV/AIDS technical issues
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable

Associate Director, Human Resources
Minimum requirements
MS/MA in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field with at least 6 years relevant experience in a business setting or BS/BA with at least 8 years relevant experience
Excellent analytical, Interpersonal and computer (Excel and spreadsheet) skills
Experience in managing human resource functions in multicultural non-profit environments
Good working knowledge of USAID and Global Fund contracts and grants regulation is an advantage
A higher degree or professional qualification in human resource management is an advantage


Senior IT Officer
Minimum requirements
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 2 years professional experience in the information technology industry OR
  • At least five years of demonstrated work experience in computer maintenance and network management
  • Adequate knowledge and ability in Windows 2000/2003 server and Windows 2000/XP workstation management support
  • Ability to troubleshoot software problems, including e-mail/internet systems
  • Ability to assist and perform software installations and upgrades as required
  • Ability to perform 'housekeeping' functions such as server user management

Administrative Officer
• The Administrative Officer will be based in a state field office.
Minimum requirements
• Degree in secretarial studies or related subjects
• Minimum of three years experience in a non-profit or international development organization


Accountant

Minimum requirements
• University degree in accounting, finance and business administration or its recognized equivalent CPA, ACA, ICAN or recognized equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting related to NGOs and community level programs Familiarity with USAID-funded programs and non-governmental organizations in Nigeria
